Joy Wok cooking system has been designed with healthy cooking in mind, without bacteria and without the potential release of carcinogenic particles.

The Joy Wok does not "pollute" food, during cooking nor during storage, and is therefore ideal for those who are suffering from heavy metal allergies and / or want maximum food safety.

Thanks to the special no transfer silver ion treatment (Patent No. EP1207220) this Wok with lid has precious antibacterial properties. Joy is a high-quality cooking system, initially employed by chefs in professional use and later adopted for home use.

It is manufactured with food grade aluminium, making it very light and easy to handle (1/3 the specific weight of stainless steel) and is produced using the latest and innovative Golden Hard Anodizing (Patent No. EP1207220): a special hard anodic oxidation which, combined with the use of silver ions, confers biotechnological features of extreme interest, forming the secret of healthy eating that inhibits bacterial proliferation, preserving the original flavours of foods and making this pot virtually indestructible.

The silver used is in the atomic state and makes the Joy wok and the lid very hygienic and healthy, as they are free of bacteria and without release of the metal.

Also, since bacteria do not proliferate during or after cooking, foods can be safely stored inside.
