The goods are sent via GLS express courier within 2 working days after the order confirmation, except for the products booked, which shipping date is indicated in the product sheet. In case of payment via bank transfer, there could be an additional day due to accounting management.
When the goods are shipped you will receive a notification email. Through the tracking service you will always be able to check the shipping status. On the day of the delivery you will be notified via SMS and Email by GLS express courier. Shipping fees are free for orders higher than 55.00 Euros. For lower amounts the shipping cost is of 5.00 Euros.
In the case of payment by cash on delivery no additional cost is required.
ATTENTION! Once the order is confirmed, you can no longer change the shipping address entered. For technical and order management reasons it is recommended to enter the following form in the address field: Ex. Via Carlo rossi, 10. Do not enter items like n.., n°, etc., please enter only the comma.
Right of Withdrawal
The product must be properly packed and shipped to the address below, by enclosing the original invoice or transport document.

Please be advised that according to the current regulations the reimbursement is net of accessories expenses (packaging and shipping) and that the return shipping costs of the goods are borne by the consumer.
Once verified the integrity of the returned item, the refund will be made via bank transfer within the period prescribed by the law (30 days) and you will be notified via e-mail. (Terms and Conditions according to Legislative Decree dated May 22, 1999 n. 185). The management reserves the right to deduct the cost of any missing items and/or accessories from the amount to be refunded.
This guarantee certificate (hereinafter also referred to as "Guarantee"), is offered by siQuri (on behalf of siQur Spa, based in Limena - PD), Via Visco 7, with reference to the products sold through the portal siquri.com (hereinafter also referred to as "Product"), and without prejudice of the rights granted to consumers by the "Consumer Code" Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n.206.
Conditions of Validity and Duration
siQuri guarantees the product against defects of conformity, as defined by the law in force, occurring up to the twenty-fourth months from the date of delivery. The consumer is required to prove, by means of a delivery document, or a document valid for tax purposes (e.g. purchase invoice), issued at the time of purchase online, the date in which the delivery was made, the identification data of the product. For the purposes of this Guarantee, it is therefore required to properly preserve the above documentation and to send it to the Assistance Service staff of siQuri.com
Parts and Service
The guarantee covers the free replacement or repair of the component parts of the product, having Conformity Defects, ascertained and reported by the staff of the Assistance Service through photos or videos provided by the Customer, due to any act or omission by the manufacturer. The product will be replaced, instead of repaired, only if repair is objectively impossible or too expensive. The replacement of the product, or any other components, is without prejudice to the conditions and terms of purchase maturity at the time of the original purchase. The consumer loses the Guarantee rights, should he fail to report the Conformity Defect within two months from its detection. Only for Conformity Defects that occur six months after the delivery of the product, the consumer will have to prove that they existed at that date.
With regard to the services over the product, siQuri undertakes to arrange collection of the product at the address specified by the Customer and return the product repaired at its own expenses within 14 days following collection.
The guarantee is excluded in all cases of careless, misuse or negligent use of the product, failure to follow instructions and directions for operation and installation of the product described in the Instruction Manual enclosed, failure to timely repair a Conformity Defect, non-domestic use, incorrect installation or maintenance, or unauthorised maintenance performed with aftermarket parts, shipping damage, differences that, however, cannot be attributed to manufacturer actions or omissions. Before accepting the product delivered by the carrier, please ensure that the 'package' is intact. If not intact, please refuse delivery and report the refusal to the Customer Care. siQuri.com also does not cover wear resulting from the normal use of parts normally subjected to wear. siQuri disclaims any liability for any damage that may directly or indirectly occur to people, objects and pets as a consequence of the failure to observe all the instructions contained in the appropriate Instruction Manual and, especially, the warnings regarding installation, use and maintenance. In the period covered by the guarantee, the performance of the object will be executed in whole at no charge by the Online Customer Service of siQuri.
After the 24 months guarantee, any repairs will be totally borne by the consumer, including the shipping costs.
IMPORTANT: This Guarantee is valid in Italy.
